Charles Hellman graduated from New York Law School in 1996 (J.D., Summa Cum Laude), where he was an Articles Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. 

Mr. Hellman has extensive experience litigating complex class actions on behalf of a wide variety of plaintiffs, including businesses, investors, consumers, and physicians.

During his career, Mr. Hellman has played a substantial role in representing plaintiffs in cases that resulted in combined recoveries of over $650 million, including In Re CVS Corporation Securities Litigation ($110 million recovery), and In Re Raytheon Company Securities Litigation, ($460 million recovery).  He was centrally involved in litigating the managed care cases that resulted in landmark settlements on behalf of physicians throughout the nation.  Mr. Hellman began his career as an associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he successfully represented clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. 

Mr. Hellman is admitted to the New York State Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
