Cary L. Talbot graduated from the University of Michigan in 1991 with a B.A. degree. In 1997, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was an associate editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly. Mr. Talbot has spent his legal career representing plaintiffs in complex class action cases including securities, antitrust, consumer fraud, and derivative actions.
Mr. Talbot is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
